Spaghetti All'assassina
  1. On medium heat add 3 cups water, 3 tbsp tomato paste, Bunch of fresh basil, Bunch of fresh parsley, and ½ tbsp salt to make the tomato water.

  2. To a medium heat pan, coat the bottom with olive oil, add 4-5 crushed fresh garlic cloves and as much chili flakes as you can tolerate. Let it bubble 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add 2 cups of your favourite tomato sauce, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add a handful of spaghetti, coat it with the sauce, flatten them and let the bottom of the pasta burn a little bit.

  5. Flip pasta over and start adding 1 cup at a time of the tomato water until pasta is cooked to your liking.
