Stuffed Flounder Recipe
  1. Preheat the oven to 400.

  2. In a small mixing bowl combine the spinach, cream cheese, feta, and ½ tsp salt.

  3. Pat the flounder dry with a paper towel on a cutting board.

  4. Lay the fillet flat and place the stuffing on the fillet.

  5. Roll the flounder around the filling. Sprinkle with the remaining salt, pepper, and paprika.

  6. Preheat an oven-safe skillet to medium. Drizzle in the olive oil.

  7. Place the stuffed fillet onto the preheated skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  8. Transfer to the oven and cook until the interior temperature is 140 and the fish flakes easily with a fork. The total cook time will be 10-15 minutes.
