Brown the Sausage and set aside.
Cook Bacon at 400°F for 15 minutes, roughly chop.
Scramble eggs with heavy cream in a large bowl.
Add seasonings, potatoes, cheese, and cooked proteins; mix well.
Butter a 9x13 casserole dish (LeCreuset).
Add mix to dish and cover.
Bake in oven at 350°F for 50 minutes, covered.
Top with more cheese, increase heat to 400°F, and bake for 20 more minutes uncovered.
Let cool enough to not burn your mouth.
Serve with hot sauce of choice and enjoy.
