Healthy High Protein Tuna Salad
  1. Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl.

  2. Add the carrot, celery, green onion and pickle.

  3. In a blender, blend the cottage cheese, 1 tbsp greek yogurt, 1 tsp dijon mustard, ½ tsp garlic, salt and pepper.

  4. Add the blended sauce to the tuna mixture and mix well.
