Creamy Tuscan Chicken
  1. In a large bowl, season flour with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Whisk together until fully mixed. Coat chicken thighs in the seasoned flour on both sides.

  2. Place chicken, skin down into a large cast iron skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes, flip each piece and cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove chicken from the skillet.

  3. In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, sun dried tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Next, add cream and bring to a gentle simmer for about 6 to 7 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and more seasoning to taste.

  4. Add chicken breast into the sauce, cherry tomatoes and spinach. Allow to cook undisturbed for about 30 minutes, or until the internal chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
