French Loaf Bread
  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Add oil and mix again, then add flour and mix until a sticky dough forms. Add salt and do multiple coil folds until the dough starts to come together.

  2. Cover and let it rest for 1½ hours, or until doubled in size.

  3. Flour your baking paper very well, then gently transfer the dough onto it without deflating the air. Shape the sides gently like shown in the video, then flip it over. Cover and let it rest for 14 minutes.

  4. Score the top with a knife, then bake in a preheated oven at 460°F for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 360°F and finish baking.
