Easy Breakfast Biscuit
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together eggs, sundried tomatoes, sauteed spinach, cottage cheese, feta cheese, almond flour, coconut flour and italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

  3. Portion out the mixture, using a scoop, evenly throughout the sheet pan, pressing down to create small circles.

  4. Top with parmesan cheese and everything spice.

  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
