Walnut & lentil balls
  1. (Optional) Toast walnuts and sauté onion & garlic.

  2. Pulse onion, garlic, ginger, walnuts, & cilantro in a food blender.

  3. Add seasonings, rice, & half of lentils, pulse until combined.

  4. Mix in remaining lentils, tamarind, oil, & flax egg. Taste & season as needed.

  5. Add breadcrumbs.

  6. Chill 10-15 minutes.

  7. Roll into balls.

  8. Air fry @ 350f for 20 minutes.
