(Optional) Toast walnuts and sauté onion & garlic.
Pulse onion, garlic, ginger, walnuts, & cilantro in a food blender.
Add seasonings, rice, & half of lentils, pulse until combined.
Mix in remaining lentils, tamarind, oil, & flax egg. Taste & season as needed.
Add breadcrumbs.
Chill 10-15 minutes.
Roll into balls.
Air fry @ 350f for 20 minutes.
