Place in slow cooker or crockpot. Place on high heat setting, cover and vent. Stir every 20-30 minutes until sauce is fully thickened and pasta is cooked through - usually takes 60-90 minutes total.
If you don't have a slow cooker, you can also cook using a pot over a standard burner using below instructions: Add every ingredient to a large pot, turn heat to medium-high. Once bubbling, reduce heat to 3/10, add a lid on top and set a timer for 20 mins. Remove lid and stir every 2-3 mins. Remove lid and let sit ~5-10 mins until completely thickened.
