Chocolate Strawberry Pancake Bowls
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced. In a small oven-safe ramekin or bowl, whisk together Greek yoghurt, milk, egg, and maple syrup until smooth.

  2. Stir in protein powder, wholemeal flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined - don’t overmix.

  3. Top with sliced strawberries and chocolate.

  4. Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until set on top and slightly springy in the centre. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
