Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced. In a small oven-safe ramekin or bowl, whisk together Greek yoghurt, milk, egg, and maple syrup until smooth.
Stir in protein powder, wholemeal flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined - don’t overmix.
Top with sliced strawberries and chocolate.
Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until set on top and slightly springy in the centre. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
