Raffaello Baked Oats
  1. Preheat oven 180c

  2. In an ovenproof bowl mix together all the ingredients (apart from the toppings).

  3. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

  4. Once cooled, spread over some coconut yoghurt (can mix with some maple syrup, if you prefer a sweeter taste), and top with desiccated coconut.
