Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender. You’ll need to scrape the sides down and blend for a solid 1-2 minutes until no curds remain.An important note! We've had a few readers make this, and the first time, it doesn't go well because their cottage cheese has a lot of watery liquid at the top. Cottage cheese varies in this regard, so pouring off as much of that liquid as possible is important. When I use Nancy's, Good Culture, or Kalona I don't need to remove the excess liquid but when I use Target brand or Walmart brand, I need to pour off the liquid.
