In a food processor, combine chickpeas, cottage cheese, garlic, flour, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until a thick dough forms, keeping some texture.
Scoop tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
For air fryer: Spray lightly with oil and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway. For oven: Bake on a lined tray at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden.
Serve warm with tahini sauce, yogurt dip, or tucked into pita with veggies.
