Preheat oven to 175°C and line 1-2 trays
Blend chickpeas, bananas, maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and creamy
Transfer to a bowl and stir in almond meal, baking soda and salt
Fold in half the chocolate
Spoon into 9 portions on the tray and gently shape (it's a soft mix)
Press remaining chocolate on top
Bake for 20-22 minutes until set but still soft
Leave to cool on the tray for ~20 minutes to firm up
