Single Serve Apple Crisp
  1. Prep - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a ramekin with butter (or spray with cooking spray).

  2. Prep Apples - Toss diced apples with the flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Add to greased ramekin

  3. Crisp Topping - Mix together the crisp topping ingredients and crumble on top of the apples.

  4. Bake - Bake for about 35 minutes until the crisp topping is golden, the apples are tender when pierced with a sharp knife, and the juices are starting to bubble. Bake time will depend on ramekin size, the size of apple, and how big your pieces. If the crisp topping is getting brown, I like to place a piece of foil on top to stop the browning.

  5. Enjoy - Allow to cool slightly (the juices will thicken as it cools) and enjoy!
