3-ingredient Lemon Ice Cream
  1. Wash your lemons and cut off the ends.

  2. In a blender, combine your whole lemons, coconut milk and maple syrup until smooth.

  3. Transfer the mixture to an ice cube tray.

  4. Freeze for 1 – 1 ½ hours.

  5. Place the ice cream cubes back in the blender and blend until creamy.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
