Section the cabbage in half, keeping the core intact
Heat olive oil in a pan
Sear the cabbage until brown on both sides, flipping halfway through
Add diced onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes to the same pan
Sauté until the onions are softened
Add cream cheese and stir until creamy and incorporated
Add vegetable broth and bring to a simmer
Let simmer for 5-10 minutes until reduced
Add Parmesan cheese and stir
Return the seared cabbage to the pan
Bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes
