Crispy Rice Tuna Salad
  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Prepare your already cooked rice and bake for 25-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes (the drier the rice, the less time needed)

  3. Make your sauce by combining mayo, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and sriracha, then set aside

  4. Prepare your salad ingredients (cucumber, edamame, avocado, bell pepper, green onions)

  5. Once rice is done, let cool

  6. Add crispy rice to your salad, pour in sauce, and mix

  7. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy
