Slow Cooker Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
  1. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.

  2. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Add chopped cabbage to the slow cooker.

  4. Spoon the cooked beef mixture over the cabbage.

  5. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until cabbage is tender.

  7. Stir in cooked rice during the last 20 minutes. Serve warm and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
