  3. In the morning, transfer the soaked grains to a saucepan and add the water and coconut cream.

  4. Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.

  5. Once the porridge is creamy and thick, remove from heat.

  6. Serve in bowls, topping with sliced banana and any other desired toppings.
