In a bowl, combine the oats and buckwheat groats.
Cover with water and allow to soak overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
In the morning, transfer the soaked grains to a saucepan and add the water and coconut cream.
Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the porridge is creamy and thick, remove from heat.
Serve in bowls, topping with sliced banana and any other desired toppings.
