Making the Dough
Warm 1 cup milk until bubbling, remove from heat. Stir in 0.5 cup butter until melted. Add water, cool to lukewarm.
Combine lukewarm mixture, yeast, ⅔ cup sugar, salt, and 2 cups flour.
Stir in remaining 5 cups flour, ½ cup at a time.
Mix well at slow speed. About 8 minutes.
Dough will be sticky
Spray a bowl and put dough in it. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 min.
Sugar Mixture
Mix together white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
On a floured counter, Divide dough in half. Roll one half into a 12x9-inch rectangle.
Spread ¼ cup melted butter over dough and ¾ cups of sugar mixture
Start rolling closest to you and cut into 12 slices. Place in a greased pan cut-side down and do the same thing with second half of dough. cover and let rise again about 30 min

Bake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Make Icing
Finish
Mix together powder sugar, vanilla, and milk.
Spread frosting over warm rolls.
