Brown Sugar Boba (tiger Milk Tea & Dirty Milk Tea)
  1. Add 30 mL of water and dark brown sugar in a pot and let it boil

  2. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 1 minute until slightly thick but still runny

  3. Add tapioca pearls into a boiling pot of water and cook for 5 minutes until they float to the surface

  4. Remove tapioca pearls and place in cold water

  5. Coat the cooked pearls with the brown sugar syrup and set aside

  6. For Tiger Milk Tea: Hold glass at an angle and use a spoon to add brown sugar syrup to the rim, rotating as you go to create stripes

  7. Add boba, crushed ice, and fresh milk to the glass

  8. For Dirty Milk Tea: Add brown sugar syrup directly to the bottom of the glass, rotate at an angle to cover at least half the glass

  9. Add crushed ice and milk to complete the drink
