In a 9x13 foil pan, add rice, mixed vegetables, seasoning, and garlic. Stir everything together evenly.
Place 4 tablespoons of butter over the top and pour in your chicken stock.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
Remove the foil, fluff the rice, and serve.
