Lay out the tortillas on a work surface. Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing across the surface of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
Dividing evenly, add the ingredients in this order to each tortilla: sliced turkey, arugula, roasted red bell peppers, and avocado.
Season with a pinch of salt and a few twists of black pepper.
Roll up the wrap by folding the left and right sides of the tortilla over the filling.
Fold the bottom flap up and over the filling and roll.
The wrap is closed.
