Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan.
Add the broccoli and potato to the pan.
Pour in the broccoli & cheddar soup and chicken broth.
Add the onion powder and garlic powder.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Top with the puff pastry (or pie crust).
Brush the top with the egg wash.
Bake until the crust is golden brown.
