  1. Sauté chopped banana in coconut oil until softened

  3. Add ¼ cup of quick oats to the pan

  4. Cook until browned, then remove from heat

  5. In a bowl, layer vanilla Greek yogurt with the warm crumble mix

  6. Sprinkle with hemp seeds

  7. Add a dollop of your favourite nut butter on top
