Sauté chopped banana in coconut oil until softened
Sprinkle with cinnamon (½ tsp) and maple syrup (1 tbsp)
Add ¼ cup of quick oats to the pan
Cook until browned, then remove from heat
In a bowl, layer vanilla Greek yogurt with the warm crumble mix
Sprinkle with hemp seeds
Add a dollop of your favourite nut butter on top
