Lay the paper towel in the plastic container.
Add course salt and baking soda.
Sprinkle on essential oil or cloves or combo of both.
Pour over vinegar.
Tuck somewhere and allow it to absorb all the stinky smells.
I change mine out weekly.
Use it in the car, bathrooms, closets, trash bins, laundry rooms, etc.
