In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and softened butter. Mix until a dough forms.
Add water as needed to help bind the mixture, then roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ⅛ inch thick.
Cut the dough into small squares or desired shapes, place on the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
