High Protein Chocolate Cottage Cheese Cookie Cups
  1. Take a container of cottage cheese and add it to a blender

  2. Add protein powder (chocolate peanut butter flavor) and blend until smooth

  3. Pour the blended mixture back into the cottage cheese container

  4. Add cookies of choice and mix them in

  5. Smooth out the top of the mixture

  6. Add a few more cookie crumbles on top

  7. Add melted dark chocolate and sea salt on top

  8. Freeze for about an hour
