Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
Drain the grease from the skillet and add the Taco seasoning mix following the package directions.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add salsa and blend well.
Fill each tortilla with cheese mixture, taco beef, and shredded cheese, then fold like a burrito.
Place the tortilla rolls on a greased baking tray, brush with melted butter.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Top with toppings of choice like lettuce, salsa, sour cream, olives, and more cheese.
