Heat oil over medium high heat.
Add onions to pan and cook till starting to turn translucent.
Add in Brussels and saute for 4 minutes or until they get some color on them and start to get tender.
Add in garlic and ginger and cook for an additional minute.
Stir in soy sauce, coconut aminos, sriracha and sesame oil. Add in bacon pieces.
Remove from heat and serve immediately with sesame seeds, if desired.
