Easy Pineapple Fried Rice (15-minute Recipe!)
  1. Melt the butter in a wok or a large frying pan set over medium heat.

  2. Add the onion and frozen vegetables. Cook for 4 minutes until softened.

  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute further until fragrant.

  4. Push all of the vegetables to one side of the pan. Add the eggs to the other side and scramble constantly until cooked through.

  5. Add the cooked rice, pineapple, soy sauce, and Sriracha to the pan. Stir-fry the mixture for 2 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle with green onions and serve warm.
