Homemade Small Batch Crockpot Applesauce
  1. Peel, core, and slice the apples.

  2. Place the apples in a 3 or 4 quart slow cooker.

  3. Add the lemon juice, and stir so apples are coated.

  4. Add white sugar, brown sugar, and water.

  5. Mix together. Place cinnamon stick on top.

  6. Cook for 2 ½ hours on high.

  7. When done, remove the cinnamon stick and stir the apples well. They will break up easily.

  8. Store in mason jars in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
