Greek Turkey Patties
  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, red onion, garlic, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, and feta cheese.

  2. Divide the turkey mix into 6 portions and shape them into 6 small patties.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they're cooked through. The internal temperature should be 165 F. Serve 2 patties per person, they're delicious with a side of tzatziki sauce, a green salad, or roasted veggies.
