Healthy Greek Salad Dressing
  1. Gather the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon, garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt and pepper.

  2. Put the ingredients in a mason jar and shake them all together. I used about ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper, but adjust it to your taste. You can also whisk it together in a bowl.

  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week. Makes a big portion to use all week!
