Boil Potatoes until fork tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Let them cool slightly for about 10 minutes.
Add in the next 5 ingredients. Use a potato masher to mix them up but only to the point that everything is mixed together and there are still chunks of potato left. Add additional salt and pepper if needed.
Slice the remaining 3 hard-boiled eggs and place on top, then sprinkle with some paprika.
