Add the blended low-fat cottage cheese, 0% Greek yogurt, Parmesan, 2 tbsp low-fat mozzarella, and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder).
Top with an additional 2 tbsp of low-fat mozzarella.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
