Grilled Balsamic Glazed Chicken - Chef In Training
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 7-Up, soy sauce, and garlic.

  2. Add chicken and marinate for it least 4 hours.

  3. Grill chicken over medium high heat until done.

  4. While chicken is cooking make glaze.

  5. When chicken is done, brush with glaze and serve.

  6. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, balsamic vinegar, water and soy sauce. Heat over medium heat for about 4 minutes until sauce thickens.
