Greek Yogurt Potatoes With Yogurt Horseradish Dipping Sauce
  1. Wash and pat dry Yukon gold potatoes, then add to a large mixing bowl along with olive oil and Greek yogurt. Toss till potatoes are well coated.

  2. Season with Shawarma seasoning and Vegeta then add garlic and Parmesan cheese and toss again.

  3. Add the yogurt potatoes to an air fryer and spread out evenly into one layer. Top with a little bit more Shawarma seasoning and Parmesan cheese then air fry for 25 minutes at 375° until the potatoes are fully cooked.

  4. For the dipping sauce, whisk together Greek yogurt, prepared horseradish, olive oil, capers with juice, fresh chopped rosemary and thyme, hot sauce, and Shawarma seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Store dipping sauce in the fridge for up to two weeks.
