Easy Cottage Cheese Cheesecake
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix the protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.

  3. Crush the graham cracker and mix it with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a small baking dish.

  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes.

  5. In a blender, combine cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.

  6. Pour the blended mixture over the crust.

  7. Bake for another 20-25 minutes until set.

  8. Let it cool down and then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
