Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix the protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
Crush the graham cracker and mix it with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a small baking dish.
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture over the crust.
Bake for another 20-25 minutes until set.
Let it cool down and then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
