Wet your rice paper
Chop your fruit into small chunks
In a small bowl coated with spray oil, place your wet rice paper, and push it to line it up with the edges of the bowl
Add in a layer of whipped cream, then Greek yogurt, and then your cut fruit of choice
Pinch the rice paper closed so the filling is fully encased. Repeat for the other two fruits.
In a bowl filled with powdered sugar, toss in your rice paper mochi until it’s fully coated and no longer becomes sticky.
Place in freezer for one to three hours until filling is solid
Repeat for the other mochis and enjoy
