Preheat oven to 200°C.
For the protein dough, mix together 150g cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1 tbsp flour, 40g cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
For the filling, mix 1 tsp yogurt with chili sauce.
Sauté 3 mushrooms with a little oil.
Add 100g chicken breast, tomatoes, lettuce, parsley, and onions.
Drizzle with pomegranate sauce.
