For the sticky toffee sauce: mix together nut butter, agave/maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon until you have a smooth consistency.
Add a splash of milk to thin the sauce.
Take your yogurt of choice and top with 2-3 chopped medjoul dates and a handful of granola.
Generously spoon on the sauce.
Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and an extra crack of salt.
