Quick Puff Pastry
  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl

  2. Grate your butter and mix with a fork into the flour mixture just slightly until flour covers all the butter

  3. Make a 'bowl' in the flour mixture and pour water in it

  4. Mix with fork until fully combined

  5. Lightly flour parchment paper and pour dough onto it

  6. Flour a rolling pin and roughly roll dough out into a rectangle

  7. Take one third of the dough and fold into the middle

  8. Take the other third and fold into the middle as well

  9. Roll out dough again and repeat the folding process 6-8 times until a smooth rectangle of dough

  10. Put another piece of parchment paper on top and fold dough up and place into the fridge for at least one hour

  11. After that it's ready to use
