Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Whisk eggs, then add cottage cheese, cheddar, and green onion and mix
Add almond flour, seasonings, baking powder and parm and gently mix together before combining with the wet ingredients
Scoop ¼ cup mixture onto baking sheet and gently form into a rounded shape
Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly browned
Brush melted butter mixture on top while biscuits are still warm and enjoy
