Melt butter in a ramekin. Swirl melted butter up and around sides of ramekin to coat.
Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the butter. Use a fork to combine mixture.
Add the egg white and mix well.
Microwave for 90 seconds. Let cool for 2 minutes.
Run a knife around sides of ramekin to loosen.
Turn ramekin upside down to remove English muffin.
Cut muffin in half. Toast until browned to your liking.
