  1. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and almond flour in a bowl until a thick dough forms.

  2. Scoop 1 tbsp portions and shape into eggs (makes approximately 6 large or 8 medium).

  3. Place on parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.

  4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.

  5. Dip eggs to coat, shake off excess, and set back on parchment.

  6. Sprinkle sea salt (optional) and chill in fridge for 10 minutes until chocolate sets.
