Easy Heatwave Noodle Salad
  1. Soak noodles in warm water for approx 10 minutes until tender, keep checking them as water temp will vary outcome

  2. Finely slice veggies, keep on chopping board

  3. In a large serving bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients until combined

  4. Add rinsed noodles & veggies

  5. Stir well to combine sauce & store in fridge
