Green Goddess Pasta Salad
  1. Cook pasta, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

  2. Blitz dressing ingredients until smooth.

  3. In a large bowl, mix pasta, chicken or tofu, cucumber, cabbage, edamame and spring onions.

  4. Toss with the dressing and enjoy right away or chill for later.
