Crispy Ramen Thai Chicken Salad
  1. Preheat oven to 400° and combine Raman ingredients on a sheet pan.

  2. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy, tossing halfway through then allow to cool and chop into pieces

  3. Combine dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until smooth

  4. Add chicken and veggies to a large bowl and top with chopped crispy Ramen and creamy dressing, toss to combine.

  5. Top with siracha and more cilantro and enjoy!
